We have worked hard to bring this gifting service to you and we want each and every delivery to be a really really good experience. Should you have any issues with your order, the service, questions about the delivery & tracking or returns - please contact us below!

  • We do not ship packages on public holidays and weekends (sorry- but we will be busy enjoying some good times too...)
  • Each time you place an order, our courier provides an automated tracking link and a delivery ETA, but please remember that this not a guaranteed delivery date as we send everything by road transport.
  • Incorrect Shipping Details? On the off-chance that your order has been dispatched and you have put in the incorrect address, please e-mail us immediately and we will try our best to alter the delivery address. Please note- changes to address are usually not possible after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
